Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell eyewear to customers, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive experience for all patients and customers.
  • Optical Operations: Assist in the daily operations of the optical department, including processing prescriptions, dispensing eyewear, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Optical Sales Manager to achieve personal and store goals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with patients and customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for eyewear.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Must be a licensed optician in the state of Ohio.
  • Sales and Communication Skills: Possess excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in POS, computer, and timekeeping systems, as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all patients and customers.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special sales events.
