Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced IT Professional to join our team as a Core Software Specialist. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our technology infrastructure is robust and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Core Software Management: Take charge of our core software systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Develop and implement IT policies that align with industry standards and regulations.
  • Department Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of departmental processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
  • Business Systems Analysis: Collaborate with our BSA to analyze workflows and enhance system performance.
  • Compliance Audits: Work alongside examiners to conduct comprehensive audits, ensuring that all systems meet regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a talented IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Network Maintenance: Keep our network secure and operational, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • CRM Management: Work on our Customer Relationship Management systems to optimize client interactions and improve service delivery.
  • Data Analytics: Use data analytics to derive insights, support decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a financial institution, with a strong understanding of IT systems and compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in core software, data analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects.
  • Analytical Mindset: A knack for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
