Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee resource management, including scheduling, attendance, performance evaluations, and task assignments for personnel under this contract.
  • Ensure all contractor staff fulfill the training and qualification standards of the program.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports detailing work completed and assessing technical progress.
  • Develop and coordinate comprehensive Project Plans for significant tasks.
  • Assist government IT management in defining project scope, deliverables, and requirements.
  • Plan project activities, milestones, resources, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance of contractor personnel with all IT technical standards.
  • Provide oversight for quality assurance.
  • Analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all aspects of contract work.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments of assigned infrastructure, providing recommendations for mitigation and security architecture reviews.
  • Research, develop, test, implement, and document approved changes according to task manager priorities.
  • Evaluate existing centralized logging network capabilities and forensic procedures, ensuring documentation of results and processes in high-quality reports.
  • Research and analyze technology challenges and program requirements in line with established security standards.
  • Monitor assigned systems daily using various security tools, developing reports based on collected data for presentation at weekly meetings.
  • Report security breaches promptly to designated authorities, adhering to internal processes for security violations.
  • Create specific documentation and user guides for FSI.
  • Assist in maintaining equipment and accounts on the Department of State's Classified Network under the guidance of the FSI IMO and Division Director.
Qualifications:
  • Clearance: Active Top Secret (must be a US Citizen).
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or five years of relevant experience.
Preferred Certifications:
  • PMP
  • IAT II (Security+, etc.)
  • IAT III (CISSP, CASP, CISM, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Ticketing System.
