**Role Summary**
We are looking for a skilled Logistics Coordinator for Medical Equipment to join our team at Insight Imaging (NC). This role will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of our mobile radiology units, ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of equipment.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in customer service within the medical imaging industry, with a strong background in logistics coordination and issue resolution. A valid driver's license and current insurance are also required.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k with company match, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate equipment delivery and pick-up with clients and vendors
- Review and resolve service invoice disputes
- Provide training on Maintenance Connection for mobile team members
- Lead Quarterly Performance Review meetings with OEMs
