Straightening Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Straightening Technician to join our team at Lincotek Medical. As a key member of our manufacturing support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the dimensional conformity of our products.

• Receive and analyze castings for conformity to specifications and prints.
• Mechanically straighten castings using appropriate fixturing and gaging.
• Inspect castings using gaging and overlay to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Perform visual inspections of castings.
• Manipulate castings to ensure dimensional compliance.
• Make recommendations for process improvements.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of straightening experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret operating instructions and technical documents.

• Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and technique cards.
