Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individualized care needs and develop effective nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
• Monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (Required)
• BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider (Required)
