Position Overview:

The Hilton Hotel Event & Conference Center is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to enhance our Housekeeping department. Ideal candidates will possess a flexible schedule, outstanding customer service abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining guest accommodations to provide an unparalleled experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meticulously clean guest bathrooms, including mirrors, sinks, tubs, tiles, shower curtains, and mopping floors.
  • Ensure guest bedrooms are thoroughly cleaned, which includes changing bedding and sanitizing all surfaces.
  • Dispose of trash, vacuum, dust, and mop floors as needed.
  • Restock all amenities, including soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and coffee supplies.
  • Maintain storage areas and carts in a well-organized and tidy manner.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills:
  • Ability to clean a minimum of 15 rooms during a 7.5-hour shift to Hilton standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, lifting, climbing, reaching, bending, and twisting.
  • Strong guest engagement and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach to work.
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior experience in housekeeping is advantageous.
  • Experience in a hotel environment is preferred.
