Your Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
  • Help ensure all clients' needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.

The right candidate will also have strong computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office, enabling them to multitask efficiently and accurately meet deadlines.
