Job Title: School Based Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Based Therapist to join our team at Clarity Health. As a School Based Therapist, you will assist individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders to improve their daily functioning and provide clinical guidance towards recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intake/screening assessments within designated time frames.
  • Determine and document diagnoses based on comprehensive assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with state regulatory/CARF guidelines.
  • Ensure timely completion of all correspondence.
  • Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings and provide feedback on pertinent cases.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Psychology, Family Therapy, Counseling OR one year of supervised behavioral health/experience is required.
  • Licensure with the applicable board of professional registration for the state as a professional counselor or social worker, and in good standing with the respective state licensure board.
