Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team at KARM Stores. As an Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Retail Management team in handling register transactions, including cash and credit card payments, to ensure accuracy and security.
  2. Work with the Retail Management team to establish and maintain customer service standards, ensuring compliance with our company mission statement and providing a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  3. Assist store staff with stocking shelves and clothing racks to provide customers with maximum shopping opportunities.
  4. Help identify areas on the retail floor that need attention, including pulls, merchandising, and recovery.
  5. Collaborate with the Retail Manager to train new employees, ensuring they have the necessary training to succeed in their position.
  6. Complete Daily Reconciliation Sales Reports, bank deposits, and other sales-related tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a strong command of the English language.
  2. A commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement.
  3. Computer skills, including general typing and web browsing capabilities.
  4. The ability to interpret and follow instructions, both written and oral.
  5. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform moderate to heavy physical activity.

Compensation: $15/hourly wage.
