Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN to assume responsibility for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The successful candidate will consistently perform according to nursing standards and be accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.
Responsibilities:- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the LPN practices.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior LPN experience preferred.

You will be partnered with an experienced nurse who will provide real-time feedback, training opportunities, and mentorship.
