Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, with a proven track record of success in inventory management and staff supervision.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and UPS and Fed Ex systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work long hours on one's feet, with physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and perform other physically demanding tasks.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with staff, management, and external partners.
