We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tax preparation services to individuals and businesses, including tax returns, tax audits, and tax planning.
- Conduct tax interviews with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of tax services to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
- 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including individual and business tax returns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and provide creative solutions.
