We are seeking a skilled After Sales Jewellery Liaison to join our team at The 1916 Company. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences by advising clients on the best possible solutions for their jewellery and watch issues.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, jewellery and watch repair, or a similar environment. They must be able to multi-task while providing exceptional customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and have a general knowledge of jewellery and watches.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and type up repair tickets using our POS system for jewellery and watch services.
  • Perform basic jewellery repairs and services, including jewellery cleaning, watch bracelet sizing, changing watch straps, and battery changes.
  • Complete quality control on all finished repairs for both jewellery and watches.
  • Communicate with multiple jewellery and watch vendors daily.
  • Calculate vendor estimates and verbally deliver to customers.
  • Prepare, process, and ship out jewellery and watch items that need servicing to suitable vendors.
  • Collaboratively work within a team environment to provide elevated customer service.
  • Communicate and follow up with customers weekly with updates on their active repair(s).
