We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive store environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and doctors. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail are essential for this role.

• Sales and Customer Service: Deliver sales plans and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Product Knowledge: Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, assist patients in selecting frames, and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
• Store Environment: Maintain a positive store environment, foster strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff, and contribute to a clean, attractive, and organized store appearance.
• Teamwork: Participate in a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Skills: Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, basic phone and math skills, embracing new technology and change with high accuracy, ability to sell through sales skills and accountability for sales results, strong communication skills (oral and written), self-motivation, and ability to multi-task in a quickly changing environment.
