As a Sleep Expert, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales performance. You'll be the go-to expert for all things sleep, helping customers find the perfect mattress and creating a sleep sanctuary in their homes.

• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers, serving as a subject matter expert
• Create an environment where customers feel valued and supported
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs, demonstrating company values and supporting initiatives
• Maintain customer relationships, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders
• Stay up-to-date on competitor activity, advertisements, and services offered
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales
