Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of caregivers. As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare of Westwood, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Offer Companionship: Engage in conversation, play games, and participate in activities with clients to help combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with Light Housekeeping: Help clients with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
  • Provide Medication Reminders: Assist clients with taking their medications as prescribed.
  • Establish Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate care to clients with varying needs and abilities
