About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Tumbleweed Tex Mex Grill & Margarita Bar in Kentucky. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the back of house operations, ensuring seamless execution of our menu, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of back of house employees
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of supplies
  • Monitor and control food costs, waste, and inventory levels
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee relations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
