Licensed Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a key member of our mental health team, you will provide high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to adult members with a range of mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for members with acute or chronic mental illness, in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using evidence-based practices and a patient-centered approach.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to state and NCQA regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Participate in staff conferences and contribute to the development and evaluation of treatment programs.
- May supervise post-graduate trainees and provide consultation to other care providers on matters related to mental health and behavioral medicine.
- Masters degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of DSM-V, evidence-based practices, and psychotherapy research methods.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment and commit to quality of service, teamwork, and participation in a multidisciplinary clinic.
- Previous experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient or inpatient setting, under licensed supervision.
- Previous clinical responsibility, including crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy.
- Demonstrated professional maturity and ethical integrity, with a commitment to quality of service, teamwork, and participation in a multidisciplinary clinic.
