Tax Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Professional to join our team at our Franchise Location in Clewiston, Florida. As a Tax Professional, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and ensuring accurate and timely tax preparation.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools to gather necessary information for tax preparation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Generate business growth by offering additional products and services to clients, increasing client retention, and providing IRS support.
• Mentor and support teammates to ensure seamless delivery of tax services.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax, with a focus on individual returns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, using virtual tools such as video, phone, and chat.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on continuing education and professional development.
