  • Delivering food and beverage orders to guests at the Pool & Beach areas.

Essential Duties:

  • Addressing guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Communicating guest feedback and concerns to management effectively.
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service at all times.
  • Ensuring prompt delivery of food and maintaining cleanliness of service items.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in English is essential. Previous experience in food service and familiarity with service standards is preferred.

Skills Required: Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and efficient. A quick learner with a strong focus on safety and quality is essential. Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset are crucial.

Physical Requirements: The role involves standing and walking for extended periods, lifting objects up to 30 lbs., and bending as necessary.
