Job Description

As a Water Safety Instructor, you'll be responsible for teaching students of all ages and skill levels how to swim safely and effectively. This includes developing lesson plans, conducting classes, and evaluating student progress. You'll also be expected to maintain a safe and clean pool environment, report any incidents or accidents, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor, or childcare provider preferred
  • Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification required (we'll provide training)
