Job Description

As a PCN Specialist at Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for various service and support functions across multiple clients' accounts. This role involves maintenance and enhancement of alarm management systems to ensure 24/7 facilities operations. Day-to-day tasks will be determined by the specific requirements of each service and support agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation of Alarm Management tool
Creating architecture for application deployment in Azure
Infra Sizing and server creation in Azure
Configuration of application and database
Troubleshooting issues with Application
Responding to incidents, outages, and communication disruptions as a first point of contact for customer issues
Conducting root cause analysis and implementing solutions
Performing installations, repairs, and upgrades on automation systems
Maintaining detailed records of service activities, including reports and maintenance logs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience as determined by interview
3-5 years of experience on Alarm Management tools such as PSS Plant State Suite or any other tools of alarm management
Knowledge of refinery and Petrochemical complex
Knowledge of OPC communication such as HAD DAUA
Knowledge of industrial communication architecture
Working experience on Azure
Experience of DCS systems from various vendors such as Honeywell, Emerson, and Yokogawa
