Job Summary:

As a Snowmaker at Vail Resorts, you will play a crucial role in creating a world-class skiing experience for our guests. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining snowmaking equipment, ensuring that the mountain is prepared for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate snowmaking equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform routine maintenance on snowmaking equipment
  • Work with the snowmaking team to ensure that the mountain is prepared for skiing and snowboarding
  • Collaborate with other resort teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Basic hand tool knowledge and skill
  • Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment
