Gentle Giant Moving Company is seeking a skilled and energetic Mover and Driver to join our team. As a key member of our relocation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient relocation of household and office items, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, respond to their needs, and provide solutions to their relocation challenges.
- Relocation Services: Load, unload, and transport household and office items, including furniture, equipment, and other materials.
- Logistics and Coordination: Plan and coordinate relocation schedules, ensure timely delivery, and manage inventory.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Language: Proficient in English language.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts.
- Competitive Pay: $22.00 per hour.
