AristaCare Norwood Terrace is looking for a dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee the daily nursing operations within our facility during your assigned shift. This role requires adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as compliance with the guidelines set forth by the Director of Nursing Services, ensuring that the highest standards of patient care are consistently met.
Shift Details: 11pm-7am
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Maintain an environment that promotes quality care and safety for residents.
- Ensure compliance with nursing practices and regulatory requirements.
- Delegate administrative tasks and responsibilities effectively among the nursing team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Nursing Degree from an accredited institution or completion of an approved RN program.
- Possession of a valid and unrestricted RN license in the state of New Jersey.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital or long-term care facility.
- A minimum of 12 months of training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing methodologies.
