Job Summary

Hazard Community and Technical College invites applications for our part-time adjunct faculty pool for Health and Public Services teaching areas, which may include Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Human Services, Nursing, Nurse Aide, Physical Therapist Assistant, Radiography, Surgical Technology, Medical Assisting, Visual Communications, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, and Early Childhood Education.

Job Duties
  • Develop and implement instructional plans and materials to facilitate student learning.
  • Provide instruction to students in the subject area, utilizing approved online course templates and syllabus formats.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student attainment, attendance, and progress.
  • Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience and maintain a well-organized classroom environment.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience using learning management systems, such as Blackboard.
  • Teaching experience, particularly in online environments.
