Position Overview:
This role is dedicated to the Rehabilitation Department, offering a comprehensive range of therapeutic services to patients with diverse and intricate medical conditions, including but not limited to, severe burns, amputations, spinal cord injuries, and various orthopedic issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to address the unique physical and medical challenges faced by patients.
- Assess and establish therapy goals, utilizing methods and techniques that prioritize patient needs and their specific limitations.
- Integrate therapeutic procedures with a broad spectrum of medical conditions, focusing on individuals with significant physical or cognitive impairments, including those with complex secondary complications.
- Measure and evaluate the success of therapeutic activities, using physical therapy assessments to determine the necessity of medical or surgical interventions.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient evaluations and progress notes for assigned individuals.

Employment Conditions:
- Candidates may be required to undergo a probationary period.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
- Registration with Selective Service is required for male applicants born after a specified date.
- This position involves working with vulnerable populations, necessitating a thorough background check.

Health Requirements:

Qualifications:
- A graduate degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution is essential.
