As a Per Diem Medical Lab Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing venipuncture and patient registrations into the hospital registration system
  • Accessioning laboratory physicians orders into the laboratory information system
  • Ensuring proper handling of patient specimens and accuracy of patient identification demographic
  • Verifying insurance information and maintaining knowledge of regulations applicable to the lab and hospital

With a minimum qualification of a High School Diploma plus additional training or equivalent knowledge, and a preferred qualification of six (6) months of job-related experience, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization.
