As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects, ensuring they meet specified requirements and timelines while adhering to budget constraints. You will collaborate with various business units and stakeholders to gather requirements, create project schedules, and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive operational success by providing insights and recommendations for strategic planning; developing and executing action plans; implementing standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service; resolving issues; conducting audits; identifying trends; and facilitating system enhancements.
  2. Engage with relevant stakeholders to identify and coordinate the development of new systems or enhancements.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate project scope documents and plans that encompass benefit analysis, cost evaluation, work scheduling, and risk assessment.
  4. Oversee project work assignments, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints, while mentoring team members.
  5. Identify the roles of management, departments, project team members, and establish reporting structures and training needs for successful project execution.
  6. Create essential project management documentation, including RACIs and detailed project plans/task lists.
Qualifications:

Required:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in project management.
OR
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least four (4) years of experience in project management.
Preferred:
  • Three (3) years of experience in a healthcare or patient care setting.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
