Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality home care services. As a Physical Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work with clients in their homes to help them recover from injuries or illnesses and improve their overall health.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in physical therapy, be licensed to practice in the state, and have a minimum of one year of experience as a physical therapist. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will assess clients' conditions and needs, develop treatment plans, and provide manual therapeutic exercises, massage, and other interventions as needed. You will also collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
