Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Support Staff to join our team at Hurley House. As a Residential Support Staff member, you will play a vital role in advancing our mission to deliver high-quality person-centered services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
  • Support residents with daily living activities and provide a safe and respectful environment.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain the integrity of our programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Assistant Program Director.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CPR/AED and First Aid Certification (MHSA will provide training opportunities).
  • Valid ID required.
  • Reliable personal transportation for work activities required.
