- Patient Care: Deliver individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions, collaborate with internal and external care providers, and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Leadership: Provide clinical supervision to team members, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LCAT, PhD, or Licensed Psychologist)
- 5-7 years of experience in a clinical leadership role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $76,000
