Job Title: Photography Manager

Nationwide Studios, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photography Manager to oversee a team of photographers and handle the finances of a given territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule photographers and photographer assistants for photoshoots at schools
  • Manage labor costs, approve hours, and customer expenses
  • Recruit, interview, and recommend photographers and photographer assistants for positions within the territory
  • Manage photographers through progressive discipline, including termination when necessary
  • Create accountability and communication plans for territory personnel using Microsoft Office 365 group chat software
  • Visit photoshoots and photograph as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Basic photography knowledge
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Above-average organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid driver's license
  • Reliable internet and ability to use Teams on a mobile device
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
