Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and patient Caregiver/Direct Support Professionals to join our team. As a Caregiver/ Direct Support Professional, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with varying levels of abilities, helping them with daily living activities, personal care, and socialization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming">
  • Support individuals with meal planning, preparation, and eating">
  • Provide transportation for individuals to appointments and outings">
  • Encourage socialization and participation in community activities">
  • Monitor and report any changes in an individual's behavior or health status">

Requirements:

To be successful as a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be adaptable, and able to work independently. A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance are required for day and evening shifts.
