About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Systems Analyst to join our team at KODA Technologies Inc. as part of our mission to deliver cutting-edge engineering solutions for national-priority projects.

In this role, you will provide critical interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for the C2BMC Test Facility (CTF), working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and testing of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement interoperability engineering strategies to support C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements.
  • Leverage your expertise in system engineering and execution processes to develop, integrate, engineer, test, train, cyber secure, and prepare the C2BMC Test Bed and associated infrastructure at the MDIOC for events.
  • Support C2BMC operations worldwide as required and collaborate with the CTF Chair to review requirements, design, and verification activities.
  • Work closely with program managers to prepare and review budgets and programs, prioritizing simultaneous activities within the CTF.
  • Present briefings to leadership and work independently or lead teams to analyze and resolve complex problems.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field and 12+ years of experience in missile defense-related or other complex DoD programs/projects OR a Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of experience in lieu of the Master's degree requirement.
  • An active Secret clearance is essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development processes and product development timelines is crucial.
  • Proficiency in IT enterprise management solutions, network administration, cyber security, and system engineering is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, is desirable.
  • A self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment is ideal.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a badge-less contractor environment and independently in a dynamic setting is essential.
  • Candidates with Network, System Administration, or Cyber Security certifications are preferred.
  • Military experience is also viewed favorably.
