About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated New Equipment Coordinator to oversee the coordination of activities on multiple new equipment installation projects throughout the Western Region. The successful candidate will ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal project managers, sales staff, construction superintendents, external customers, and senior leadership to ensure successful financial milestones are met and customer communication is maintained.
  • Perform construction administrative duties to maximize project cash coverage, including managing certified payroll, liens & waivers, and third-party systems.
  • Manage Certificate of Insurance (COI) processing and support the Accounts Payable process through PO corrections.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable process through collections of top accounts by attending collection calls with PMs and sales reps.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for cash coverage, reserves, and AR attributed to assigned tasks.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in teams, with colleagues at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Understanding of internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs.
  • Process-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Punctuality with high organizational skills.
