Under the direction of the Production Lead, the Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work (SWs) Instructions, and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to ensure the quality and quantity of product produced.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform all job requirements safely using required PPE.
- Report and address unsafe behaviors or equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area.
- Follow GMPs, Food Safety compliance, SOPs, and SWs.
- Record operational and production data accurately.
- Operate equipment to meet production and quality targets.
- Complete Disassembly, Cleaning, and Reassembly (DCRs) safely.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects and train others as assigned.
- High School Diploma along with 1+ year of relevant work experience in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing facility.
- Ability to work within established routines, methods, and procedures under very strict management parameters.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player in a diverse work group.
- Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures, maintains regular work attendance.
