Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to participate in nursing activities, including the preparation, evaluation, and implementation of nursing care plans to ensure quality patient care. The successful candidate will act as a health liaison, coordinate and schedule medical follow-up, and monitor and order pharmaceutical supplies for each individual.

- Monitor and order pharmaceutical supplies for each individual.
- Meet documentation requirements, including obtaining and transcribing physicians' orders, daily nursing notes, health charts, medication regimen reviews, and case review summaries.
- Provide medication administration and maintain inventory standards for medication, controlled substances, and medical supplies.
- Participate in staff training and prepare clinical and administrative reports.
- Licensed and currently registered to practice nursing in New York State.
- Maintain a valid New York State license and registration.
