About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our sales team at Revolution Realty Capital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with real estate investors, mortgage brokers, and lenders to originate private loans for residential investment properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow a network of brokers, realtors, and borrowers to develop a consistent stream of loan origination.
  • Meet or exceed loan production targets on a regular basis, working closely with management to establish and achieve these targets.
  • Develop and maintain a database of borrowers and brokers, providing sales and technical training/support as needed.
  • Pre-qualify loans and review loan submission packages to determine credit approval, collaborating with the processing and underwriting team to perform due diligence on loan submissions.
  • Occasionally assist the loan servicing department in collecting loan payments from borrowers delinquent on loans originated by the Account Executive.
  • Direct mortgage broker approval process, providing broker with all forms required to recommend approval.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience, preferably in mortgage origination and ideally in the private/hard money space.
  • College degree strongly preferred.
  • NMLS license preferred.
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiating skills over phone and in person.
  • Extremely strong problem-solving skills.
  • Service and team-oriented.
