About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to provide expert nursing care in post-acute care facilities, working closely with residents and medical staff to develop care plans and ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care as an RN in post-acute care facilities
  • Keep track of care options and track outcomes with other medical staff
  • Work with residents and medical staff to develop care plans
  • Be accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans
  • Properly set up and monitor medical equipment
  • Ensure residents receive appropriate treatments and medications
  • Draw bodily fluids for lab evaluation

  • Make sure staff remains compliant with facility policies and nursing standards
  • Oversee the accurate documentation of resident histories and interventions
  • Provide training and supervision of nurses and support staff

Requirements
  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Successful completion of approved nursing program
  • 6 months of experience (RN or related role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Advanced organizational skills
