Job DescriptionAs a Caregiver/Med Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Personalized Care: Implement care plans, respond to resident needs, and provide assistance with daily living activities.
- Maintaining Resident Safety and Comfort: Conduct regular safety checks, report concerns, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of common areas.
- Providing Medication Reminders and Support: Assist residents with medication administration, monitor their condition, and maintain accurate records.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for our residents.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience as a Caregiver: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a care setting is required.
- Med Tech Skills (Preferred): If interested in the Med Tech position, you will need a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in this field.
- CPR Certification: You must have or be able to obtain a valid CPR certification.
- Communication and Teamwork Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
A positive attitude, physical stamina, and a commitment to health and safety are also necessary qualities for this position.
