Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer timely medication reminders to clients.
  • Assist clients with therapeutic exercises as directed by a Registered Therapist.
  • Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, and dressing.
  • Support clients with toileting needs.
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic living environment through light housekeeping tasks.
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities such as reading and accompanying them to appointments.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' health to the appropriate personnel.
  • Reposition bedridden clients to enhance comfort.
  • Conduct basic health checks for any signs of injury or distress.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant training program.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant home care experience.
  • Successful completion of a background check and possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Current car insurance is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine desire to provide compassionate care.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and well-organized.
