Candidates must be located in Austin and be amenable to a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a software team comprising 20+ QA professionals
  • Assessing and reorganizing the QA department to maximize efficiency and quality
  • Ensuring that QA methodologies, standards, and documentation are exemplary
  • Offering strategic guidance and mentorship to QA teams
  • Focusing 85% of efforts on leadership regarding personnel, processes, and standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in management or leadership roles within software QA, ideally with teams of 20+ across various locations
  • Robust background in software QA
  • Experience managing multiple products at once
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing QA processes and delivering high-quality software
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with engineering leaders
  • Openness to a hybrid work environment

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary up to $250k, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
