Your primary responsibility will be to stabilize and qualify long-term unemployed people and individuals with mental illnesses, enabling them to lead a self-determined and responsible life.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals in our social team to stabilize and qualify them for employment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues from various fields, including recycling, automotive, and IT
• Develop and implement personalized plans to support individuals in achieving their goals
