We are seeking a seasoned Paintless Dent Repair specialist to join our team at Carvana. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive PDR to contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the used car buying process.
About the Job:
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, will be offered to the right candidate.
As an Experienced PDR Technician at Carvana, you will utilize advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, repair creases and body lines, and repair larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform paintless dent repairs using advanced techniques and tools.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and adhere to company standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in automotive PDR.
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
