Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team of caregivers. As a Private Duty Nurse LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of medically fragile children and adults.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Provide health education and training to family members
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
  • Follow up with physicians, clients, family members, and staff on client problems and concerns
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
