Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in post-acute care facilities. If you are a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities, adhering to established care plans and protocols.
  • Monitor vital signs, report any concerns or emergencies to supervising staff, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
  • Ensure a clean and sanitary environment by performing tasks like changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff to address concerns and provide daily companionship.
  • Transport residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs, repositioning them as needed.
Requirements
  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Appropriate bedside manner.
