Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our properties, ensuring they're in top condition for our residents. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing maintenance staff, maintaining relationships with vendors and professionals, and ensuring our properties meet ownership and management objectives.

  • Ownership & Impact: Take full ownership of your property's maintenance, treating it as your own business.
  • Variety & Change: Assist in all aspects of property maintenance, from grounds and custodial work to preventive and corrective maintenance. Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Career Growth: Lead a team and take on new challenges, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including grounds, custodial, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
  • Supervise maintenance technicians to ensure timely and quality work.
  • Prioritize service requests and follow up on work assignments for efficient completion.
  • Maintain records of service requests and meet with the Property Manager daily to report on work status.

Requirements:

  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience and/or training in maintenance or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and refurbishing.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and various appliances.
  • Computer proficiency.
