Job Summary:

Marlow & Sons, a renowned fine dining restaurant, is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a mixology professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, crafting innovative cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, back bar, and surrounding areas.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
